  6. Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
    — Yes. Rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning may incur a fee of 50% of the estimated cleaning cost. Rescheduling or cancelling more than 24 hours in advance is free of charge.
  7. What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
    — Customer satisfaction is very important to me; therefore, I offer guaranteed customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact me within 24 hours. I will review the situation and fix the issue without any additional cost. This ensures that every cleaning meets your expectations.
  8. Is there insurance coverage for damages?
    — Yes. Neatissa carries liability insurance to cover any accidental damage that may occur during cleaning. This ensures that your property is protected and gives you peace of mind while I am working in your home or business space.
